Download HashMemo app from Google Play Store or App Store.
The following features are available on HashMemo even if you are not logged in or have not created an account.
- View For You Page
- View Post Details
- View Hashtag screen with the list of posts and Q&As
- View Q&A Details
- View Other User’s Profile
- Share Posts and Profile with URL/QR code
- Clear Mode (In post details screen)
To use other functions, you need to create an account or log in.
Sign up for a new account
1. Tap "Start Now" that appears when you use functions other than those listed above.
2. Select "Sign Up" and enter your email address and password.
*You can also sign up with your Google account or Apple ID.
3. Please check the HashMemo's Terms of Service and tap "Continue" when you agree.
4. Tap "Sign Up" after entering your username, birthday, and gender.
5. Please enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Important
・HashMemo is available for ages 13 or older.
・The password for your account must be at least 8 to 20 characters long, containing the following 4 types.
-Lower case letters
-Upper case letters
-Numbers
-Special characters
Login
1. Enter your registered email address and password.
2. Tap "Log in".
Note
・On the app, the username is prefixed with "@".
・Please note that if inappropriate words are included in the username, it cannot be created.
・The username and gender can be changed later. The display name can be set from your profile page.
・The username can be up to 30 characters, including half-width alphanumeric characters, underscores (_), and periods (.). The display name can be up to 64 full-width or half-width characters.
・If you used your Google account or Apple ID when you registered, please log in with your Google account or Apple ID each time.
