I forgot my password
1. If you have forgotten your password, please tap the "Forgot Password?" button on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. A six-digit code will be sent to your email address.
4. Enter the code to reset your new password and "Log in".
Note
・The password for your account must be at least 8 to 20 characters long, containing lower and upper case alphanumeric and special characters.
・Tap eye-slash-image to display and confirm your password.
・If you used your Google account or Apple ID when you registered, you cannot change your email address or password from the HashMemo app.
