Confirm email address and password
・The password for your account must be at least 8 to 20 characters long, containing lower and upper case alphanumeric and special characters.
・If you have forgotten your password, tap the "Forgot Password?" button.
・If you used your Google account or Apple ID when you registered, you cannot change your email address or password from the HashMemo app.

・As a "safe and secure place to teach and be taught", HashMemo requires all users to comply with the law and HashMemo's guidelines.
・Therefore, we reserve the right to forcibly remove or suspend any posted contents, accounts, comments, or other violations, only if they are deemed inappropriate for HashMemo app after a strict review
・HashMemo will try to notify you of this in the app or by email before you are no longer able to log in to your account. Please check the "Objection" link in the relevant notification.
