How to Use Family Pairing
HashMemo is available for ages 13 or older. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more information.
"Family Pairing" can be set up to allow teenagers to link their accounts with those of their parents or guardians for safe and secure use.
1. Both parent/guardian and child open profile-image "Profile" in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. From hamburger-image in the upper right corner, tap settings-image "Settings".
3. Tap "Family Pairing".
4. The QR code will appear on the parent's screen. The child "Scans QR Code" and taps "Yes" on the confirmation screen.
5. The linked child's account will appear on the parent/guardian's screen.
6. Tap the account of the relevant child and set up the following information.
Screen time management
・Allows you to choose the amount of time your child can use the HashMemo app per day.
・Set "Turn on downtime" and select a time from "Daily time".
・If you do not have a specific time limit, please deactivate "Turn on downtime".
Notifications of your teen's activities
・Notifications when your teen posts
・New Following
・New Follower
Your teen's followings / followers
Note
・Once the daily screen time limit is reached, your child will no longer be able to use the HashMemo app for the day.
・There is no limit to the number of child accounts that can be linked.
