Change Account Information
1. Open profile-image "Profile" in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. From hamburger-image in the upper right corner, tap settings-image "Settings".
3. Open "My Account" and change the following information.
・Username (The username is prefixed with "@" on the app.)
・Email address (A confirmation email of the change will be sent to your new email address.)
・Password (A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.)
・Gender
4. Tap "Save" after changed.
Important
The password for your account must be at least 8 to 20 characters long, containing the following 4 types.
-Lower case letters
-Upper case letters
-Numbers
-Special characters
Note
・You can change your profile image, display name, bio and social from [size-large]edit-en-image[/size-large] in "Profile".
・The username can be up to 30 characters, including half-width alphanumeric characters, underscores (_), and periods (.). The display name can be up to 64 full-width or half-width characters.
・To edit your resume, go to the resume-image "Resume" tab on "Profile" and long press on the resume you wish to edit.
・If you used your Google account or Apple ID when you registered, you cannot change your email address or password from the HashMemo app.
・Please note that if inappropriate words are included in the username, it cannot be created.
